Kaden Melson Accident- Death: The Greensburg and Campbellsville, Kentucky communities are grieving the devastating death of Kaden Melson, a 14‑year‑old young life tragically ended in a fatal vehicle collision on Kentucky Route 88 on March 10, 2026.
According to the Kentucky State Police, the fatal collision occurred just after 9:10 A.M. CDT on KY 88 near Greensburg when the vehicle driven by Kaden lost control on a curve, crossed the center line, and was involved in a multi‑vehicle crash. Emergency crews from the Green County Sheriff’s Office, Green County Fire/EMS, Summersville Fire Department, Grab Fire Department, and the Green County Coroner’s Office responded to the scene. Senior Trooper Trevor Sagrecy is leading the ongoing investigation.
Tragically, Kaden Melson was pronounced dead at the scene by the Green County Coroner. Other passengers in the vehicle were transported to nearby hospitals with serious but non‑fatal injuries.

Funeral arrangements for Kaden Melson were made under the care of Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY. A visitation was held prior to the funeral service, followed by burial in the Warf Cemetery, where family and community members gathered to honor his memory and share their condolences.
